Seventeen-year-old Austin Metcalf was fatally stabbed by 17-year-old Karmelo Anthony after a dispute over shelter during a rainstorm. Metcalf’s twin brother, Hunter, recounted that the altercation lasted less than 30 seconds, culminating in Austin’s death in his arms
Following his arrest, Anthony reportedly told police, “I’m not alleged, I did it,” and claimed he acted in self-defense, asking authorities about the criteria for self-defense and inquiring about Metcalf’s condition.
