“I Was So Moved,” Sarah Said, Reflecting On The Strength And Vulnerability Kate Showed In The

Sarah Ferguson graced Thursday’s episode of This Morning, where she delivered an update on Kate Middleton, the Princess of Wales.

The Duchess of York, 64, was present to talk about her latest children’s book, Flora and Fern: Wonder in the Woods, but the conversation quickly delved into her own personal battle with cancer.

Sarah is on a mission to encourage the public to never skip their medical appointments, as she credits her recent check-ups and medical interventions with saving her life following her breast and skin cancer diagnosis.

Her experience led host Ben Shephard to remark: “I think the other thing Sarah that has been really tangible is seeing Princess Kate going through what she’s going through and seeing her being so public, and the King of course!”

To this Sarah responded: “The video that the Princess did was just incredible, I mean, I was so moved”, reports the Express. Asked how she is doing now, Sarah added: “She’s just showing the world what it is to really look after yourself and self love in order to help others, I think that’s extraordinary what she’s doing!
