Trump says ‘somebody is not telling the facts’ about Biden cancer diagnosis

**Trump Claims “Aliens or Deep State” Hiding Truth About Biden’s Cancer Diagnosis**

*MAR-A-LAGO, FL* — In a press conference held at his private golf course and lobster taco bar, former President Donald Trump made waves once again by suggesting that “somebody is not telling the facts” regarding President Joe Biden’s alleged cancer diagnosis — and hinted it might involve aliens, robots, or the ever-mysterious Deep State.

Standing in front of a giant gold-plated American flag, Trump spoke to a crowd of bewildered reporters and several confused wedding guests.

> “I hear things. A lot of people are saying it — Joe Biden has cancer. What kind? Who knows? Maybe not even real cancer. Maybe robot cancer. But somebody is not telling the facts, folks,” Trump said, gesturing toward a large cardboard cutout of Elon Musk for emphasis.

While no official reports have confirmed that President Biden has any form of cancer, Trump claimed he had “seen documents” and “heard whispers from very powerful people — very powerful — people who own entire islands.”

When pressed for sources, Trump referred reporters to a “very good friend who once saw Biden sneeze on a plane in 1987.”

> “They cover up everything. They didn’t even tell us about the moon being hollow until I found out,” Trump added cryptically.

The White House responded swiftly, calling Trump’s comments “fictional nonsense made from expired cheeseburgers and internet memes,” and reaffirmed that President Biden is in good health.

Trump ended the conference by announcing a new line of “Medical Truth Hats” with the slogan: *”Trust Me, I Diagnosed Him Myself.”*
