Kylie Kelce, co-host of the “Not Gonna Lie” podcast and wife of retired NFL star Jason Kelce, has opened up about the screen time guidelines she and Jason have established for their three daughters: Wyatt (5), Elliotte (3), and Bennett (2). While not opposed to screen time, the Kelces strive to manage it thoughtfully within their household.

In a recent episode of her podcast, Kylie explained their approach:

> “We are not opposed to screen time in our house. I really do my best to limit it, but not in a strict way.”

She shared that their children have tablets primarily for use during plane trips, with limited usage at home. Additionally, the children are not permitted to handle phones, except for occasional photo-taking, particularly selfies, which their daughter Wyatt enjoys.

Beyond digital device usage, Kylie has also addressed other parenting practices. She expressed her strong opposition to the trend of giving birthday presents to siblings during another child’s birthday, viewing it as a practice that diminishes the significance of each child’s special day. Instead, she believes in celebrating each child individually, ensuring they have their unique moment to shine.

Kylie emphasized the importance of maintaining one’s identity beyond motherhood, acknowledging that while parenting is all-encompassing, it’s just one aspect of a person’s life. She advocates for embracing all facets of one’s identity, suggesting that being a mother adds to who you are but doesn’t solely define you.
